Touching screen instruction for use
1. Recommended Care for Touchscreens
1.1 Store touchscreens in boxes under the recommended storage temperature
1.2 Open the box in upside direction as indicated outside the box.
1.3 After examination of the product, please make sure to pack and store the products in the same packing specification provided to avoid exposure to high temperature and humidity which will cause water stain inside the panel.
1.4 wear finger cots or hand gloves in handling product to avoid dust contamination,
Touchscreen as glass product is very fragile. Therefore should be handled with care to avoid breaking
Hold touch panels carefully in borders and not to touch the view area .The end user should not hold the tails connector
1.5 Do not pile touchscreens onto other touchscreens. The edge of the touchscreens causes scratches on the surface of the other touchscreens.Do not put heavy objects on touchscreens.
1.6 Touchscreen surface is constructed using conductive film so if protective film is tear off , do not use nail , pencil, pen or any sharp object to contact the surface to avoid scratch and dust.
1.7 Do not use any oil or liquid solvent to contact the surface of the touchscreen
1.8 Touchscreens should be assembled in area not exposed to organic solvents or corrosive gases (acid gas)
1.9 During installation , select non-corrosive glue to fix the product.
1.10 Avoid causing stress to the heat-sealed tails as heavy stress may cause disconnection.
1.11 If Touchscreens have slender holes to make inner pressure and outer pressure even , design housing not to store any water or lubricants near this hole.
1.12 If there are stains on the touchscreen, use cotton or clean cloth dampened slightly with alcohol and wipe the surface gently to avoid alcohol penetrating into the product.
1.13 when touchscreens are found to be not functioning. Check for cold solder joint contact, check whether pins are properly crimped, check proper assembly of final products, check the position precision. If none of these problems exists, place the protective film back on the surface to prevent scratching and return product to us for further review and evaluation. Should results found to be valid within the scope , terms and condition of our warranty , We will then arrange to replace all returned products .
1.14 In case customers did not exercise due care in handling the products in the manner as recommended or any damages to the products found to have caused by customers’ negligence , we reserve the right not to accommodate any replacement or adjustment.
2 Warranty

3 Warranty Coverage
3.1 All products sold will be forwarded to our Technical Engineers for non-conformance review and analysis to determine the validity of customers’ claim.
3.2 All products sold are covered under a warranty period of one year from the date of shipping date from factory to the customers.
Warranty Exclusion
4.1) Failure to install or testing the product properly
4.2) Failure to maintain a suitable operating environment
4.3) Failure to operate the product for purpose other than originally designed.
4.4) Failure to operate the product in manner prescribed as best industry practice
4.5) Damages such as scratches caused by customers
4.6) Modification or integration into other products under processes not approved by

4.7) Damages caused by negligence and , mother nature
4.8) Improper handling of returned products during the transit
Storage Conditions
5.1)Recommended storage temperature for Capacitive Touch Panel : -50 ˚C - ~+85 ˚C
5.2)Recommended Storage temperature for Resistive Touch Panel : ~ -20 ˚C - ~+70 ˚C
